The rules
Short, because a leaderboard nobody trusts is worth nothing.
Plank
Minimum 10 seconds. Over 30 minutes, a human watches the video before the entry appears.
The movement
- · Forearm plank. Body in a straight line from shoulders to ankles.
- · Knees off the floor. Hips neither sagging nor piked up.
The video
- · One single continuous take. No cuts, no speed-ups, no edits.
- · Your whole body in frame for the whole attempt.
- · The video must be public and stay online. If it disappears, the entry comes down.
- · A running timer visible in frame for the whole attempt — phone, watch, wall clock.
The score
Your time is the time in correct position. The first time your form breaks, the attempt ends.
Push-ups
2-minute window. Over 100 reps, a human watches the video before the entry appears.
The movement
- · Chest to within a fist of the floor, then arms fully locked out at the top.
- · Body straight from shoulders to ankles — no knees down, no hips leading.
The video
- · One single continuous take. No cuts, no speed-ups, no edits.
- · Your whole body in frame for the whole attempt.
- · The video must be public and stay online. If it disappears, the entry comes down.
- · A running timer visible in frame, so the two-minute window can be checked.
- · Film from the side, so depth and lockout are both visible.
The score
Count the complete reps you finish within two minutes. You can rest inside the window — the clock does not stop. Half reps do not count.
Pull-ups
2-minute window. Over 40 reps, a human watches the video before the entry appears.
The movement
- · Dead hang to start: arms fully extended, feet off the ground.
- · Chin clearly above the bar at the top. No kipping, no swinging, no assistance.

Everywhere
- 1. One row per person per battle: your best result counts.
- 2. Same result? Whoever posted first ranks higher.
- 3. You need an account to post or to report. Reading never requires one.
- 4. You must be 16 or older.
Declared vs verified
Every entry starts as declared — your word, published as-is. We watch the top of each board and everything above its threshold, and those get a verified badge. Any signed-in athlete can report an entry that breaks the rules; three separate reports put it in front of a human.
On safety
These are genuine physical efforts — they load your lower back, shoulders, elbows and core, and pushing to failure carries real risk. This is a challenge board, not a training plan and not medical advice. Stop when your form breaks. If you have any doubt about your health, talk to a doctor before you try.
